Spammy memories

A food that brings memories with every delicious bite would have to be spam salad sandwiches. This spam salad is, hands down, the best spam based substance that I have ever eaten. It reminds me of being a child and running around the creeks and mountains of West Virginia and returning home with a ravenous hunger and devouring as many sandwiches as I could. It makes me remember the times with family members that are no longer with us and the laughs we had.  Spam-salad and great memories.

Things that I eat

Last night I had a roast.
The roast was made up of:
Beef roast- from the midwest US I think.
Onions-
Carrots-
Green peppers-
potatoes- Idaho
Beef broth
Mrs. dash and other seasonings
